Community is an integral piece of the positive mental health puzzle, which is perhaps why it’s been chosen as the theme for this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week (12-18 May, 2025).

But what happens when we struggle to find community? How can we navigate conflict within our communities? What about forming connections in a seemingly polarised society?
